Returns and Shipping
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please contact email@example.com and we'll provide you with a return shipping label. We will gladly replace the incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise within 45 days of the original purchase (within 60 days of purchase for shipments outside of the United States). We will re-ship your correct order upon receipt of the incorrect item(s).
To cancel an order, firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 24 hours after purchase. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been shipped.
If you need to return an item, please email email@example.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Orders are shipped based on the availability and size of the item. Once your order is placed, it may take up to 7 days for your items to be shipped. After it ships, it may take 7-15 business days for your order to be delivered. We are currently working on reducing shipping times and appreciate your patience.
You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure that you are entering your correct email address when ordering.
